Vicke is an organizational development consultant and executive coach with a passion for helping people succeed in their professional and personal lives. As a former corporate executive with over 15 years experience, her expertise includes executive and management coaching, recruiting and career planning, change management, teambuilding, succession planning and leadership development. She has also worked with individuals to set and achieve new goals such as work/life balance, managing time, managing stress, resolving conflict and building relationships. By building trusted partnerships, Vicke is able to help clients define success, create action plans and achieve new personal and organizational goals.

Prior to opening her own consulting and coaching business, Vicke gained experience in public relations, recruiting and staffing, diversity, human resources and organizational development. She has also worked as a business analyst and project manager. She spent nearly two years as a Human Resources Director for a Fortune 20 company, with responsibility for teams in both North and South America.

Vicke has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations from Golden Gate University, a Masters' Degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. She has previously worked for Hewlett Packard, McDonnell Douglas and the U.S. Government.

Vicke is a member of the International Coaches Federation, Sacramento Coaches Association, the Sacramento Human Resources Association and eWomenNetwork. She was recently selected as one of 10 premier coaches for eWomenNetwork. She has developed and presented workshops to various groups and organizations on a variety of topics including: Attracting & Retaining Top Level Talent; Self-Care: The Energy that Feeds Professional Women; Discovering Your Values and Making Value Based Decisions.

Vicke was born in Oakland, California and currently resides in El Dorado Hills, CA. She has three grown children and loves hiking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
